Hi! How are you? Our house is big. There are seven
rooms. The kitchen, dining room and living room are downstairs. The living room
has got a fireplace. Next to the fireplace is an armchair and there is a carpet
on the floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. My bedroom is
small. My bedroom walls are yellow. Thre is a bed, a bookcase and a wardrobe.
Next to the bed is a bedside cabinet. There is a mirror on the wall. I like it.

18th Birthdays
In the UK, a person´s 18th birthday is one
of the most important days in their life.
They usually celebrate their birthdays at home with
family and friends. They decorate the house with balloons and streamers and
often have a band or a DJ to play music. There is always a birthday cake and
lots of party food and drinks for everyone.
The gifts are usually something quite special, like
necklace or watch. The person celebrating feels very special.
